Cathryn Cofell is the author of six chapbooks and two full-length poetry collections including Stick Figure with Skirt, winner of the 2019 Main Street Rag Poetry Book Award. She’s been published 300+ times and earned 50+ awards, including the Lorine Niedecker Poetry Award and the Mill Prize. The Council for Wisconsin Writers selected Cathryn for the 2020 Christopher Latham Sholes award, for her efforts as founder of the Wisconsin Poet Laureate Commission, the WFOP Chapbook Prize and the Appleton reading series called Poetry Unlocked, among others.
