Cole Nagamatsu
Fiction Science Fiction/Fantasy TeensCole Nagamatsu is the author of the YA contemporary fantasy novel, We Were Restless Things (Sourcebooks Fire), about a boy who drowns on dry land and the schoolmate who receives text messages from his ghost. Her short fiction has been featured online and in print at publications such as Tin House, West Branch, and Cream City Review. She is the editor-in-chief of Psychopomp Magazine, a journal of genre-bending prose. Though born and raised on the east coast, Cole currently resides in Minnesota with her partner and their cat. When she is not writing, she is a professor of creative writing at St. Olaf College.
