The Fox Cities Book Festival is delighted to add two upcoming events to your literary social calendar. Both events are free and will take place online. Read on for event descriptions and registration info.
Andrew McSorley Poetry Reading
On Friday, July 10 at 7 PM, Andrew McSorley will read from his collection What Spirits Return. The collection explores the complexities of memory and grief, all while playing with real and fictional elements of the life of Harry Houdini. Often set to the backdrop of rural Wisconsin, McSorley’s poems are at once elegiac, while also emerging from the darkness of loss to reveal the trick of survival.
