The Fox Cities Book Festival invites its fans to “Be a Part of Our Story” this GivingTuesday.
GivingTuesday, a post-Thanksgiving global generosity movement, this year falls on Nov. 29. Donations that come in through the book festival’s GivingTuesday fundraiser help make possible book festival highlights including in-person author speaking engagements.
“New and exciting developments are on the horizon for Fox Cities Book Festival as board and committee members plan for future success, but one thing remains the same: our commitment to connect writers and readers by celebrating diverse stories, supporting writers, and facilitating conversations about the stories we read and the issues that matter,” said Holly Selwitschka, president of the Fox Cities Book Festival. “We do all of this at great value without charging a single cent of admission for author visits and supporting programs. Please consider donating to Fox Cities Book Festival this giving season to do your part in bringing authors to our community table.”
